I never recommend this to anyone that doesnt have the heart and desire to play games. I played the 12 months interest free game. Every major purchase I did would always be 12 months interest free, double points for the first 3 months ect ect. As long as I got 6 to 12 months interest free I applied for the card. Keep in mind this was when the economy was good. I did this when I redid my garage floor, attic insulation, parts for my firebird, you name it I did it. Whenever I had a big project I would apply for a new card and charge everything more or less at once on that ONE card and then put it aside and never use it again. To make the numbers each lets say insulating my attic was about $1200 (believe it or not it was close to that). I got a credit card for 12 months interest free and paid the credit card 100 loans in Walnut Grove bucks a month. By the time the interest was to kick in the card was paid off. I put the money in the bank (once again interest rates were good at the time) so I made a couple bucks each month in the bank. Figure I did this for YEARS and now have about 10 credit cards. My total credit available is about 60K. My credit score is about 775. What I did was/is not for everyone! To date I can no longer do what I USED to be able to do because of shitty job history and the economy. The last time I applied for a credit card I was denied due to the fact that I had “too many revolving accounts.” Keep in mind that if I canceled these cards my credit score WOULD take a hit. So now I use these cards once a year just to keep them active. In a perfect world when my health is better and I can maintain a good paying job I can go to the bank and say that I have good credit, a good amount saved for a down deposit for a house and in theory buying a house should be somewhat easier as far as credit goes. I refuse to let someone co-sign on the dotted line for anything for me just due to prior experiences of people breaking out the score cards later on in life (remember when I did this for you ect ect.)
For all your dudes that need to purchase a house or fund something.. pray so you can goodness you’ve got a good credit score. I believe specific guys that believe that handmade cards worst you prefer observe the picture as a whole. Even though *you* personally were able to shell out cash getting everything doesnt suggest it is wonderful for people. Despite what i authored significantly more than I Too (each time) paid down dollars having what you. I will not go into the causes right here however it worked out besides to some extent. Usually the one downside to which was I will Never ever get credit cards.. you may never score a loan. Forget to buy a home unless of course I robbed a bank.
In conclusion for the past 10 years I want to possess billed on the 100K value of stuff. Ive racked right up a ton of award points ect ect. Occasionally We pay bucks having stuff however, that function I am interested in a discount. I’m sure there is men with the here which have looked at an excellent car or truck therefore the man wishes 3K for it and you begin the brand new dealings and you can force concerns push in addition to wad of money arrives! Gotta think its great!
